Abstract

ABSTRACT The quality of chicken eggs is an important thing to note, because eggs are food ingredients that will be consumed to make food. If the damaged egg is used to make food, it will ruin the taste of the food. Egg damage can be caused due to long storage factors. There are still many people choose and detect the feasibility of eggs only done manually, namely with the help of a flashlight, sunlight and soaking Based on these considerations, the researcher was interested in creating a Nodemcu-based Egg Consumption Feasibility Detector and Mobile Application. This tool uses an LDR sensor to detect the feasibility of eggs. This system processes using Nodemcu and to display output using LCD and display applications on smart phones. Egg laying is done with a displacement model such as a printer to move the mechanics, making the LDR sensor and LED lights run in sequence to connect the eggs. The validity level of the tool can reach 100% in the test results. Based on its function, the tool help in knowing the exact results of testing eggs because the device is equipped with a display on the LCD and the display on a smart phone application that displays the results of testing eggs is feasible or not suitable for consumption.
