Abstract

ABSTRAK Most of the river flow has already experienced a buildup of garbage which ultimately causes flooding. Until now, there have been ways and efforts to reduce the amount of garbage in the river, from mutual cooperation to dredging using heavy equipment, but this can be done at certain times. Therefore we need a device that can work automatically, so that the garbage in the river can be transported and transferred to the garbage collection tank automatically, and can work continuously without the need for much community assistance. The method used in this final project uses the method of developing a filter design and automatic river garbage removal through field studies and literature studies. This filter and lifting device is designed to move waste from the river flow to the garbage disposal bin automatically using Arduino uno as a data processor and garbage transport controller. This filter and garbage lift device uses limit switches, bluetooth modules and dc motors so that in certain circumstances the engine works according to the programs found on Arduino Uno.
