Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of electronic-based technology in the era of globalization is currently being developed. This development occurs in all aspects, even in the manufacture of many wells that use machines with the reason of being able to help in all fields. Making wells using machine tools called drill wells and machines for making wellbore is often called a well drilling machine. The engine used to drive the drill began to vary from a diesel engine to a drive consisting of an electric motor. In recent years, many people prefer electric motorcycles for reasons that are easier in operation. Even though they have used an electric motor, they still often slip or the drill bit is pinched due to the busy work of the workers who neglect to control the drilling machine. Therefore a remote control is needed to monitor and warn workers in charge of controlling the drilling machine. One of them is by using an Android-based microcontroller circuit which controls the ups and downs of the drill bit and as a switch for the drill bit motor. To find out the load of the armature motor dynamo, it uses a speed sensor as the counter speed of the drill bit. If the speed decreases below the average then notifies Android, the speed data obtained from this circuit is sent to Android via the existing WiFi module on NodeMCUESP8266. Knowing the decrease in speed of the motor dynamo driving the drill bit can avoid damage to the motor dynamo and avoid slippage. Keywords : Slip, Speed, Android, Electric Motor
