Abstract

The Manpower Office is a government agency responsible for manpower in Indonesia. People often ask the Manpower Office about available job openings. In addition, many companies are looking for workers by distributing brochures directly to the public. The problem faced is how to provide job vacancy information to the public directly without them having to come to the Manpower Office and be able to register directly at the available job vacancies. In addition, if a company has to distribute leaflets to the public, it will cost a lot of time and money. The Design of Online Job Vacancy System Development in Yogyakarta Special Region Province was created to overcome the problems found. With this system the public gets information and can register indirectly (online). In addition, companies can see and determine job applicants who will be accepted by the company. This system uses the waterfall method or also called the waterfall method or the linear schuential model or classical life path in system development while to test the system using a blackbox that focuses on functional software. This test was conducted with 10 respondents who produced 90% saying the site was easy to use and 10% saying it was difficult to use. Keywords: Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Companies, Vacancies.
