Abstract
Motorcycle service is a matter that must be considered in caring for a motorcycle so that the condition of the motorcycle is always optimal or in good engine condition. As a motorbike user it is mandatory to conduct safe and comfortable motor maintenance. In general, motorcycle owners forget the maintenance of the motorbike; motorcycle users wait for their motorbike until the motorbike is damaged so that it cannot be used. One of the workshops in Magelang is Bengkel Gemilang Jaya. This motorcycle repair company besides providing motorcycle service also provides spare parts. In the place of motorbike service providers, especially Gemilang Jaya Workshop, in handling the service transaction process and spare parts sales are still done manually or in the form of receipts. In addition, the data collection of goods purchased from suppliers is still handwritten, and sometimes forgets to record the purchase data so that spare parts in the workshop are not recorded. In the design and manufacture of systems using methods of data collection, analysis, system design, program making and implementation. The design model is described by ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and the system flow is illustrated by DAD (Data Flow Diagram) which makes it easy to create a motor service system. Motor service information system is expected to help in structured and computerized management. With this Information System, the workshop owner can reduce errors in the data recording process and reduce errors in submitting periodic reports of all transactions in Gemilang Jaya Workshop.
