Abstract
Drug supplies management aims to ensure that the required drugs can always be available at any time needed in sufficient quantities. One sign of inefficient management is unavailable drugs when needed. On the other hand the medical record is used in determining appropriate treatment for patients. With the existence of a medical record, doctors easily determine what treatment is most suitable for the patient's condition. Mu'awanah Clinic is a clinic that serves residents of Pacarejo, Semanu, Gunungkidul and surrounding areas. Founded in 2017 by Mrs. Yuliati, A.Md.Keb. This clinic serves general and midwifery examinations located in Semanu District, Gunungkidul Regency, based on the Minister of Health's regulation NO.028 / MENKES / PER / I / 2011. Health services to the community are carried out in the form of outpatient and inpatient care. However, this clinic still uses patient data collection manually in medical records and drug stock data collection. The process of registering outpatients and inpatients is also still being recorded manually in the form of book records. Therefore a system is developed to help the data collection of patients, medical supplies, and medical records at the Mu'awanah clinic. The system built includes patient registration, examination, patient data collection, drug stock data collection, and payment. Designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.
