Abstract
Certificate of being unable (SKTM) is a letter which explains a family said to be unable and deserving social protection. But often this SKTM is misused by some individuals who want to get social protection even though the family is classified as a capable family. The case that often occurs is when a child wants to enroll in a school, because there are government regulations that give priority to poor students to enter certain schools. This SKTM awarding system must be addressed, one way is to provide selection for poor students. The SAW method is one way to select students who are poor or not, based on predetermined criteria this method will select based on data that has been entered into the SAW system.
