Abstract
In the world of work, employee performance appraisals have an important role. This is related to the decisions that will be taken by the company regarding the performance of its employees. So far, Fremilt pays employees only based on work time, without seeing the performance of one person at a time, so that sometimes a sense of injustice arises because the performance of employees who receive a salary is the same as the employee's performance is not good, such as late work, etc. The subject of this study is the Fremilt Thai Tea which is addressed at Jalan Gayam No. 8, Yogyakarta. The object of the research is the employee payroll information system based on the performance in Fremilt Thai Tea. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation.
