Abstract
Database technology and computer networks that are growing rapidly today can make a company improve its performance and productivity, especially for companies that have subsidiary branches, such as TB. Sumber Lancar. TB. Sumber Lancar is a business agency selling building materials distributed to various cities in Central Java. TB. Sumber Lancar has three shops, a central store which is TB. Sumber Lancar Juwana, while the branch store is TB. Sumber Lancar of Rembang and TB. Sumber Lancar Jepara. Previously TB. Sumber Lancar does not yet have distribution database technology to support system performance, so that data processing is not written and causes transactions to be directed and when there are orders, goods are only carried out based on estimates without knowing the exact stock, resulting in rejection of orders due to empty stock and there is no report so that the incoming and outgoing funds are not written correctly. The purpose of this research is to provide an application to facilitate sales and purchase transactions at building stores using the Homogenous Distributed Database System method so that it can facilitate the input of data, speed up data processing, check the inventory process more accurately, make it easier to make reports and minimize loss of sales and purchase invoices. The results of the analysis using the Homogenous Distributed Database shows that to see the speed, strength and weakness of the data synchronization process takes 10 minutes.
