Abstract
JAMKESMAS (Community Health Insurance) is a government program for underprivileged communities that serves to guarantee the needs of the community. However, in the implementation of the JAMKESMAS program there are still problems that need to be addressed, especially at the Puskesmas Umbulharjo II. one of them is in determining the prospective JAMKESMAS recipients. The Umbuharjo II health center is still not well targeted. With the system created to assist employees in selecting the selection of prospective JAMKESMAS recipients. By using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which will add accuracy in the process of calculating weights and criteria based on sub criteria. The results of this study can provide the right decision which ones qualify and which do not. From the examples that were tested on the system and compared with the manual method of puskesmas that got the program, this system was more efficient and accurate because it used strict preferences. This system is expected to reduce subjectivity to be objective and provide a sense of justice in the process of determining the prospective JAMKESMAS recipients at the Umbulharjo II Health Center.
