Abstract

An organization cannot run well without supporting and competent human resources in its field. The company needs competent and appropriate human resources in their fields. Suitability in a field, section, or position will produce good performance, thus benefiting the company. The Dominance Influencer Steadiness Compliance (DISC) test is one of the psychological test tools to determine employee personality levels. This test is useful so that companies know the personality of their employees from the aspects of current, pressure and self. This study aims to build a psychological test application for prospective employees based on the DISC method which will be used as a criterion that will be calculated using the GAP method to determine the most suitable candidate for occupation in the company. The results of the study are in the form of a psychological system for selection of job placement in a company. Keywords: Psychology test, DISC, GAP
