Abstract
Bellina studio is a gym that operates in the field of physical and spiritual health. Gymnastics on offer consist of Zumba fitness, Zumba step, Pilates, Muaythai, Body fat burning, Taebo, Steprobic, Dynamic Yoga, Hatha yoga and many more. In addition, Bellina Studio provides facilities that are quite comfortable and attractive for participants, namely being monthly members participants were given the opportunity to enjoy all types of gymnastics in Bellina Studio and facilities such as lockers, gym towels and bath towels, sauna places and bathroom provided. This study aimed to create a management information system that can facilitate gym owners in managing member and non-member payment transactions. In addition, it can make it easier for participants to register themselves and transactions, choose a schedule and determine what type of gymnastics was chosen. The information system was built using PHP programming language and MySql as data storage media. Key: Information systems, management, gymnastics studio
