Abstract
Problems that occur in the raw material inventory management system were that it was still using records in ledgers and receipt books of purchase of raw materials, receipt books of distribution and production which were then submitted to the head of the store branch. It was less effective in terms of making reports where superiors must check the collected receipt books one by one and that it was difficult to find data related to production activities. The aim of the researcher was to produce an information system application for managing raw material inventories that was able to computerize the activities of each transaction starting from the raw materials procurement, process them into finished products, process selling and distribute them to each branch of the store. The method used for data collection was observation, interview and literature study. In the analysis phase, there are several stages of analyses including the analysis of the system that was currently running to find out how the system was running before, the analysis of documents to find out the related field tables and data, and the analysis of human resources to find out the use of the system. The results of the research showed that it can be compiled an analysis and design of applications that can help manage the inventory of raw materials in Bakpia Pathok 25. The results were expected to improve the performance and effectiveness of Bakpia Pathok 25. Keywords: Inventory Information System, Sales, Production, Raw Materials
