Abstract
The purpose of this research was to find out the flow of inventory in Solo Sepatu Surakarta and improve it by using a desktop application to handle warehouse stock, restock goods, and sales. Interview and observation methods became the main method in this study. It was designed to make the inventory flow of goods up to the sale of goods be known in more detail and accurately. Desktop applications were then made to simplify and perfect the inventory flow. The application made also made it easier to check goods in the warehouse and report making.
