Abstract

PT Global Intermedia engaged in IT services had many clients as users of information systems service products. The company did not yet find solution to manage data effectively. Orientation to find its solution referred to controlling the handling of complaints from clients such as a website or others. In connection with the number of complaints and problems reported nowadays and in the future, a technical support service information system was built to manage various incoming complaints as well as the problem solving service itself, and manage complaint handling report data. This system was built using website-based technologies such as PHP, and MySQL databases. The Global Intemedia Technical Support Information System called SIGITS was designed with high credibility so that it can help the Technical Support staff facilitate resolving complaints and making data management effective.
