Abstract
Event Organizer Management Information System is a support system to assist the Event Organizer (EO) in managing and delivering information about events that have been set. The problem faced by NCM was that the ordering data were not yet organized. The NCM team in processing data ordering still used records in ledgers and the data were not classified properly. These facts triggered a need for a website-based booking information system to handle several processes, including reservation data consisting of client or customer data and event bookings. This information system was developed using PHP programming language and MySql for its database. The information system was effective to manage event data that have been set starting from reservations, execution until the event was finished, ordering online and following data management, including managing activity data in the form of fund details and event rundown taking place in the event, service comments or criticisms and suggestions for customers who wanted to comment on events carried out by the NCM Team.
