Abstract
Gamping 2 Junior High School is a Junior High School which is located in Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta which is led by the principal named Sugiyarto. Teaching and Learning Activities at SMPN 02 Gamping take place like other schools: teachers provide learning according to their competencies, students get learning material both in the form of softcopy and hardcopy, for hardcopy usually in the form of photocopies of material, notes from the teacher, and notes from books and usually given during Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). These activities are considered to make students more bored because these activities are carried out monotonically meaning that no innovation is given by the teacher during school learning such as for example when the KBM process time given by the teacher is limited, so that when the process of giving material becomes less than optimal. The system to be developed is e-learning, which can help in the process of learning Indonesian language, helping in the process of sharing material between teachers, and students. E-Learning system will be applied to students of SMPN 02 Gamping for class 1 which can assist in the process of providing material where the teacher can provide material to students through E-Learning, without being hindered by time and place such as school because in E-Learning there are video facilities Conference, Chat, Forum. System development methods used are Observation, Interview, and literature documentation Keywords: System, E-Learning, Middle School
