Abstract
As one of the long-established schools, Piyungan Muhammadiyah Vocational School is still not optimal in utilizing technological advancements. Especially information technology, one of which is an example of information on the report or the academic achievements of each student. At present each student gets information about the the academic achievements by coming to school and asking the teacher concerned. While guardians only get information on report cards through their children when taking report cards at the end of each semester. As well as teachers who still write student grades on sheets of paper which are then deposited with the homeroom teacher and homeroom teacher write them into report cards. From these problems, the author took the initiative to design and build a web-based student learning outcomes information system by utilizing information technology. The purpose of making this web-based student learning outcomes information system is that services in delivering value information to students can be known quickly and easily because it can be accessed anywhere as well as helping parents and teachers in monitoring the progress of their students' report cards..
