Abstract
CV. Kenana Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the sale of mild steel. Currently CV. Kenana Maju Bersama still uses the manual system in the transaction process and the recording of goods coming from suppliers. With so many suppliers and many items, it adds to the complexity and requires a long time in recording. This research aims to design and build a transaction system and stock inventory processing in CV. Kenana Maju Bersama in order to facilitate employee performance and produce information reports well. From the results of research conducted at CV. Kenana Maju Bersama, using the interview method and direct observation, obtained complete and accurate data that was used to build a system for processing stock transactions. The interview method is carried out by asking a number of questions directly to the owner about the current system. Observation method is done by visiting and observing research objects directly in order to obtain data on goods and transactions. The stage of making a system is to use Data Flow Diagrams (DAD), Entity Relations Diagrams (ERD) and Relationship diagrams between tables. Making the system using the Embarcadero RAD Studio 10.2 programming language and database using SQLyog Ultimate. With the system built to be able to manage the recording of all types of transactions carried out in the CV. Kenana Maju Bersama, all transactions carried out by officers become easier, faster, efficient and have a good level of accuracy. Keywords: Data, Systems, Information, Sales, Mild steel
