Abstract

State Vocational School 1 Sedayu is one of the State Vocational High Schools located in Argomulyo Village, Sedayu District, Kemusuk Lor, Argomulyo, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55753. The grading process is carried out by subject teachers by writing student grades into paper sheets which are then deposited to homeroom teacher then homeroom teacher enter grades into Microsoft Excel to be printed in report cards then deposit grades to curriculum waka, this causes the school is still having difficulty managing student grades, especially in terms of data retrieval because each student's data is still fragmented in Excel files so that it is difficult to monitor student grades less than KKM. This research was conducted with the aim to: (1) design and develop a data processing information system on the value of the 2013 "E-Rapor" curriculum for Vocational High Schools (SMK), (2) present information quickly to teachers, homeroom teachers, school principals and student. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) as well as the procedures used in the development of this information system using the ADDIE development model, which is carried out through 5 stages, namely the analysis phase, the design phase, the development stage, the stage implementation (implementation) and evaluation stage (evaluation). The results of this study are in the form of a system that can display student grade information accompanied by information on the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) value along with descriptions of learning outcomes. The value information presented aims to find out whether the value of students graduating reaches KKM for each subject or not. So that if there is a decrease in grades in each subject, students can improve their learning outcomes for the next semester.
