Abstract
This research aims to design and create a system of offering and scheduling courses for Yogyakarta University of Technology and to facilitate the process offered by the system of scheduling and offering courses. This analysis uses the Master Data of faculties, study programs, lecturers, classrooms and courses obtained from campus 1 of Yogyakarta University of Technology. This research was conducted by collecting data on faculties, study programs, lecturers, courses, rooms in the Yogyakarta University of Technology (UTY). After receiving data and input to the system, the Head of Study Program offers courses and the operational bureau conducts scheduling input based on the course of courses offered by the Head of Study Program. After completing the bidding and scheduling the study program can see the schedule of courses that have been inputted by the operational bureau and can make adjustments if you want to change the number of classes and add lecturers. The results of this study indicate that based on the implementation and testing of the system that has been done, it can be concluded that the system of offering and scheduling courses is very interesting and the information needed by the user is very easy to understand and all the processes in the system can be used. The process of offering courses makes the scheduling process easier and more effective, thus making scheduling of courses faster and more successful in helping to organize, check or verify the availability of lecturers, days, hours and rooms.
