Abstract

ST Computer is currently undergoing development, but seen from the sales process is still not optimal because it is still conventional where the customer is directly related to coming to the store. When there are customers from out of town who want to order goods, they must contact the seller via whatsapp or telephone. There needs to be another alternative to optimize the sales process, so researcher is interested in making the ordering and selling of computer accessories as research objects. In this problem, researcher is trying to design a program that can facilitate customers to obtain information and order computer accessories online to make it more effective and efficient using the Apriori Method. The use of the Apriori Method has an important role in the field of sales. Website can expand marketing and consumers to be easier to get information and with the Apriori method in the online sales system (E-Commerce), the company can facilitate ordering in the product selection process in ST Computer.
