Human and computer interaction can be easily done if there is an interface for communication media. The interface is created to execute commands or procedures given by the user. To enter these commands the system user needs an input device to send commands to the system. The use of input devices at this time is an absolute must for the database administrator in managing the database, especially for presenting data or reports that are in accordance with management requests. The administrator interacts with the computer through input media such as keyboards, mice and other media. In other cases, humans are often faced with several obstacles when interacting with the system. For example, the inability of limbs to use input media such as the mouse and keyboard, sudden damage to input media, slow typing, deficiencies in textual ability and various other problems. Voice User Interface (VUI) based applications with Speech Recognition technology are the answer to these problems. This system can process human voice into input devices in the form of data and commands to run the system. In this application, the human voice must be recognized in advance by the system using the Fast Fourier Transform method. This method works to match the data from words stored in the database with the sounds spoken by humans. If the data matches, the system will process the data as input data or commands to run the system (Voice Command). This application was made to focus on making database queries, but in the implementation or application this application is used for recording student final project data. This is the rationale for the importance of Natural Language for someone who will interact with computers. The expected end result, system users can interact with the system through this application using voice as data and commands running the system.
