Abstract

PT Suniba Mandiri is a company engaged in the recruitment field with the main business is the service provider and management of workers who have problems in the administration and testing process. The problem faced by PT Suniba Mandiri is that the process of recruiting employees still uses manual techniques. Job applicants must go directly to the address of the company to register and deliver administrative requirements for job applications, then the applicant's data is processed by the company. This process takes a long time, where administrative selection is done manually. This study aims to create a website-based decision support system that can produce decisions in the process of recruiting new job applicants at PT Suniba Mandiri. By using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, it can produce job applicant recommendations based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study are a system that can produce job applicant selection recommendations that are used as consideration in making decisions.
