Abstract

Processing data items in BKSDA experiences problems because it still uses written bookkeeping to record data of entry and exit of goods so that employees have difficulty calculating the amount of inventory and determine predictions of the addition of an item of goods so that it results in an inventory emptiness of an item in the warehouse. The purpose of the inventory prediction system is to make it easier for employees in the equipment department to determine the amount of inventory and manage the transaction of goods in the agency. A system can be made to record the amount of goods entering and leaving the warehouse. This system is equipped with a prediction calculation of the amount of inventory using the Tsukamoto FIS (Fuzzy Inference System) method so that the amount of inventory in the warehouse can remain stable. Variables used in determining the prediction of goods based on the amount of inventory remaining, purchase data and the amount of goods out. The expenditure variable consists of two fuzzy sets, namely: Low and High, the inventory variable consists of two fuzzy sets, namely: Little, and Many, while the purchase variable consists of two fuzzy sets, namely: Decrease and Increase. By combining all fuzzy sets, four fuzzy rules are obtained, which are then used in the inference stage. At the inference stage, the antecedent membership value (α) and the estimated value of production (z) from each rule are sought. The amount of goods to be produced (Z) is sought by a centralized average defuzzification method. This information system will display information of goods leaving the warehouse, inventory information, inventory prediction information and other supporting information.
