Abstract

The promotion of employees is a routine program held by each agency and company to improve the performance, popularity, and productivity of the company. But in its implementation, promotion still faces difficulties because it does not go through the selection stage. This also happened to PT. Rimasyada who still do not use a computer system. The system created will assist companies in determining the promotion criteria. Using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method will add accuracy to the criteria calculation. The results of this study are systems that can provide recommendations precisely, efficiently, accurately and meet the requirements. The system is expected to reduce subjectivity and provide a sense of justice in the process of promotion of employees at PT. Rimasyada.
