Abstract
Bawang Village is one of the villages under Pakis Subdistrict, Magelang District, where the majority of the population is classified as below average income. In determining who is truly entitled to receive the BSPS program, the village still makes decisions in a subjective way, so that many disadvantaged people are not listed as recipients of the BSPS program. Therefore, the researcher is interested in making a system implementation that can determine the house that will get a BSPS program using the Simple Additive Weighting method. There are four aspects that are used as ranking criteria namely floor, wall, roof and type of house damage with each weighting 25% per criterion. The construction of this system is expected to help facilitate the staff of the Bawang Village office in conducting objective assessments so that the BSPS program is right on target so that it can help recommend residents of BSPS recipients. The results of ranking, between manual and system calculations have the same results. While the results of alternative calculations with 4 criteria have a value of 0.16 greater than alternatives that have 3 criteria.
