Abstract

The best employee appraisal system at BTPN Bank Wonosari Branch Office aims to provide an assessment of employee performance. Employees are assessed based on aspects of assessment determined by BTPN Bank Management. Aspects of the assessment include work quality, work quantity, dependability, attitude, attendance and work discipline, responsibility, knowledge, communication, problem solving and activity and initiatives. There are three evaluation criteria for this system, namely Intelligence, Work Attitude, and Behavior. The problem faced is how to determine decisions on employee performance and determine what aspects need to be improved. This system is a decision support system in evaluating employee performance that is built using the Profile Matching method using gap analysis, the process of calculating the performance index in this system uses weighting in the form of points, this is to reduce the subjectivity of the assessment, from the test results, the employee performance index with the Profile method Matching can reduce the subjective subjectivity. This system is based on PHP and Mysql web, so the speed in conducting the best employee appraisal process is very quick and easy. The final results of this system are given in the form of a table that contains employee ratings, can support the decision for Top Level Management in evaluating employee performance.
