Batang Regency is one of the regions that has a lucrative business opportunity. It is not surprising that the number of MSMEs in Batang Regency is very large. However, few small entrepreneurs are out of business due to lack of consumers. The cause of lack of consumers is a promotion process that is less than optimal. Many of the consumers do not know the location of MSMEs because they are bigger than those owned in the village. Even from the local government there is no assistance for them in terms of promotion. Therefore we need a system that can be a forum for promotional facilities while providing information about the location of MSMEs. Information about business that consumers can know. To present information about the location of MSMEs, a Geographic Information System will be built. The design of this system will take maps from Openstreetmap with the help of the OpenLayers library, the software used in building this application is a sublime text editor. The information presented in the Geographic Information System mapping of MSMEs in Batang Regency is the name of the UMKM, location, route to location, photo gallery and detailed information from the MSME. This system also presents news about finance in Batang Regency. The results of this study containing GIS that provide information about MSMEs in Batang Regency and help the government can help MSME owners in conducting promotions, thus increasing MSMEs to increase.
