Abstract

Giving bonus is one of the methods used by the company as a form of appreciation to employees whose performance has been considered satisfying so far by the company. In Hiperlink companies every month there are benefits given to each employee and monthly or annual bonuses are given to the best two to three employees. Assessment is still done manually and still uses the average calculation method. This can lead to an assessment that generalizes employee performance. This study aims to create an application that can calculate employee values based on existing criteria and does not lead to generalized judgments. In this study, we will build an application for determining employee bonuses based on performance appraisal using the weighted product method. The application will be designed using ERD and DAD, then implemented using the Pascal Delphi programming language with a database using MySQL so that the resulting system can meet the needs of the company in assessing employee performance accurately. And the final results displayed are employee value ranking reports that will be used as a reference in determining employee bonuses. Keywords: Bonus Employee, Decision Support Systems, Weighted Product
