Abstract
The number of people who make websites as a medium of entertainment and information is not balanced with the quality of the network that exists in each region in Indonesia. This is a problem for some website users. Website visitors with entertainment media and information from songs don't always want songs from the latest bands. Sometimes they want to listen to songs from an old band. The system design uses PHP software (Pear Hypertext Prepocesscor) as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, Sublime Text 3 as a text editor, HTML as a website framework, CSS to provide an attractive appearance on the website and JavaScript as a complement to the front-end. The PWA implementation on the website provides convenience and comfort for visitors who have low network quality or are in small villages.
