Drying clothes is an activity that is carried out by many people. Generally, people dry clothes outdoors but when the weather is cloudy or it is getting dark the clothes will be moved into the room. The density of one's activities results in clothes that are dried out from being lifted until the next day. A sudden downpour of rain can also cause clothes that are dried out to be wet due to rain. To overcome this problem, an Internet of Thing (IoT) clothesline lifting system was made using LDR sensors and rain sensors. This system uses a website so that clotheslines can be monitored and controlled. ESP8266 Node MCU is used as a communication tool with websites. The results of this study are that clotheslines can enter the room when the LDR sensor detects it is dark or when it rains and when the user orders the clothesline to enter through the website page.
