Abstract

Toko Pojok is a shop that sells many kinds of groceries. Based on the increasing transaction data, the shop owner is difficult to recognize the customers shopping pattern accurately. Whereas, customers shopping pattern is able to help the shop owner to determine appropriate strategy that can increase the selling process. This research applies association rule mining to help recognizing the customers shopping pattern. Apriori algorithm association rule mining technique is used to apply desktop based application to analyze transaction data of Toko Pojok. Lift ratio count is also used to get accurate analyze result. By applying those methods, it is expected to result in the customers shopping pattern which can be used as a reference to help the shop owner make decisions.
