Abstract
Employee performance assessment is a must to do in every company. It is to view the work results of an employee. This certainly influences the organization or company directly. The problem of employee performance is currently considerably discussed. It is because there are still many people who consider employee performance still low. The research method used is a qualitative method, with a qualitative descriptive technique. This research is directed to provide symptoms, facts, or events systematically and accurately. Therefore, to get field data, researcher must observe directly in the company. The results of the study explain the performance of employees which includes the reliability of work and work attitudes that have met the minimum standards of service. However, there is still weaknesses in the quality of work of employees. In addition, there are still employees who do not hold moral principles and codes of ethics in their duty to serve the community. Implementation of the Topsis Method for Employee Performance Assessment is built using the Sublime applications and MySQL as the database. This study aims to assess employee performance.
