Abstract
Village Fund is a government program as the replacement of the National Program for Independent Society Empowerment or PNPM Mandiri. Village Fund is fund originating from the State Budget (APBN) which is intended for villages and custom villages. It is transferred through the District or City Regional Budget (APBD). The number of criteria and conditions that must be considered make it difficult for the management to make priority to decide the most appropriate village to receive the Village Fund. Along with the development of technology, Decision Support System (DSS) is able to provide possible solutions to managerial problems to determine the decisions. One method that is suitable for determining the priorities of Village Fund beneficiaries is the Simple Additive Weighting Method. The stages for resolving these problems consist of data collection and system development. Data collection is done by reviewing literature and observation. System development is carried out through 4 stages, namely: data analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is a prototype recommendation system that is able to determine the priority of villages receiving Village Fund. It considers the criteria of population, poverty rate, area size, and geographical conditions. This system is feasible to use in solving the problem of managing Village Fund in Pekalongan Regency.
