Abstract
The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) is an institution that manages zakat in national area. BAZNAS is a non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible to the President through the Minister of Religion. Regency / City BAZNAS is formed by the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance of the Ministry of Religion in the suggestion of the regent or mayor after receiving BAZNAS consideration. Regency/City BAZNAS is responsible to the Provincial BAZNAS and the district / city government. In the process of determining the mustahik of the BAZNAS, Klaten Regency checks the recipient's data to find out several criteria including age, gender, occupation, number of dependents and information / conditions. These criteria determine the weight of the value of the feasibility of prospective zakat beneficiaries. Since the determination of mustahik carried out by BAZNAS of Klaten Regency in determining the data is still done manually, it causes the possibility of failure to meet the target for prospective zakat beneficiaries. It makes all data of the mustahik candidate submitted are approved. Analytical Hierarchy Process method is one method that is considered better in dealing with problems with subjective criteria than other methods. Hence researcher applies the method into the system of determining mustahik which produces mustahik ranking data according to the value of the feasibility weight, so it can replace the method of determining zakat beneficiaries which is currently still run manually at the BAZNAS in Klaten Regency.
