Abstract

This works contain about internship report. This internship report is one of the requirements to complete the last subject in S1 English Literature University of Technology Yogyakarta, Faculty of Humanities, Education and Tourism. This subject is expected to improve student working skills out of campus, and increase their academic ability to get into the work field. This Internship subject took place in UD. Matcha Muda ( Matchamu ) located on Persada street 255, Maguwoharjo, Yogyakarta. This company is the first and biggest Kyoto’s matcha and green tea supplier in Indonesia providing various green tea and matcha based products. Uji-Kyoto is the reliable tea-origin and proudly known as the best green tea source in the world. The Internship took about 1 month, from March 15th – April 10th , 2017. This place was selected because this place promised me with international office management activities. This Internship report also mentioned the daily activity along with the Internship job. The activity mentioned how to manage sales data, warehousing data, and become online customer service. The Internship gave her more knowledge and skills in reporting, and others correspondences. UD. Matcha Muda Persada (Matchamu) had a potential to be more famous to national customers. Keyword : Matchamu, internship job, internship report
