Abstract

The heart as the main organ in the human body, if there are abnormalities in the work of the heart, will also have an impact on blood flow throughout the body, which in specific categories can be fatal. A heart attack is preceded by an indication of work abnormalities that can be observed from the rhythm that occurs. By implementing a warning system of cardiac abnormalities can be quickly identified the conditions and treatment measures. Abnormalities of the work of the heart can be detected by first knowing the rhythm of the heart's work. With the detection of heart abnormalities using an electrocardiogram by utilizing R waves to calculate how many R waves occur in one minute so that it can produce beats per minute intact heart rhythm abnormalities (arrhythmias) can be adequately detected, and by utilizing the RR interval time on the signal Electrocardiogram can detect cardiac abnormalities in the form of sinus arrhythmia. NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller can upload data to a database (firebase) via the internet network with Wi-Fi in the form of data on heart rate, multiple heart rate intervals, total number of intervals, average heart rate intervals and standard deviation of interval data, in the results of the trial period there is a normal condition in the form of BPM of 79 times in one minute and produces a standard deviation of the heart interval of 49 milliseconds, for tachycardia conditions produces BPM data of 116 times in one minute and produces a standard deviation of the heart interval of 42 milliseconds, in the test period produces an error of 2 12% Keywords: Arrhythmia, Electrocardiogram, Heart
