Abstract
Kodachi shop is a company engaged in the sale of shoes. This store was established in 2014 and is located at Jl. Monjali No. 107 Sleman Regency DIY. At the beginning of the establishment, Kodachi shop only sold one type of shoe, the 8111 Stripe. Nowadays, it does innovation and sells new types of shoes, reaching 26 types. The Kodachi shop uses two buying and selling activities, namely direct purchases, and offline purchases. Buying and selling transactions carried out directly at the Kodachi shop using memorandum as proof of sales and purchases of goods. The memorandum is used to record monthly sales reports. The sale and purchase transactions, which were carried out on the website (online) greatly affect the increase in marketing and sales at the Kodachi Shop. However, every transaction that occurs still has to upload proof of payment. Transactions on the website are not effective, because there can be errors in uploading payments and must be checked beforehand validation by the admin. This can occur because there is no payment gateway automation feature. Therefore, the development of the sales information system can help to reduce payment errors from Kodachi shop customers. The software used was PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor) as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, sublime text and the Midtrans API.
