Abstract
Pharmacy installation at Queen Latifa General Hospital carries out item management using online Microsoft Excel. Where every drug and medical device that enters and exits pharmaceutical stock will be recorded. Recording are in the form of available stock, drugs and medical devices used, recording of goods coming from suppliers, price changes if there is an increase or decrease in prices, sales of drugs from prescription, and making reports. Developments in technology and information have made it possible to utilize them in the health sector to improve hospital effectiveness and performance, one of which is in the management of pharmaceutical inventories. Pharmacy inventory management itself is used to manage the data - the data that enters the pharmaceutical installation, transactions for the use of drugs and medical devices, as well as controlling the stock of goods in the pharmacy. Recording using Microsoft Excel is not considered efficient because it uses formulas, so if the user makes a mistake in using the formula then the data entered is also wrong. In addition, the user also wants a system that is easier and more effective to use and minimizes data input errors. Keywords: Goods Data Management, Pharmacy, Hospital
