Abstract
To date the payment data at Christian Vocational High School 1 Klaten has not yet been processed with a computerized system. Due to the large number of students, financial staff have problems in terms of dealing with the information of students who are late to pay, time inefficiency in making a payment report and in providing payment billing information to parents. The student administration payment information system of this School aims to provide information on late student payment bills to parents through a web-based system. The software used in building this system is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, Sublime as a tool for writing program code. This web-based vocational high school student administration payment information system will display admin data, school year, students, classes, majors, types of payments, transaction payments for educational assistance donations, other payment transactions, as well as student reports, transaction reports for educational assistance donations, reports of other payment transactions, and student arrears payment information.
