Abstract
The activity of managing savings and loan business at Karya Husada Employee Cooperative in Muntilan District Hospital especially in recording transactions still uses manual method, i.e uses Ms. Office and records it in a book, thus hampering increased performance and productivity. The purpose of this study is to facilitate organizing and controlling the reports needed to get a more effective and efficient problem solving process. In addition, management can easily check the income from savings and loan transactions of cooperative members so that they can support the process of evaluation, planning, and decision making. The method used is the observation method, interview method, and literature study to identify problems in the data processing system that is already exists based on field analysis. The results of the research can be arranged a data processing system that can help in the processing of employee savings and loan data processing at Mudilan District Hospital.
