Abstract
Motorbikes are currently the needs of the people from the lower classes to the upper classes. The high use of these motorbikes also results in the potential for motorcycle theft crime to increase. Almost every day criminal news is not absent reporting on these motorcycle theft actions, criminal news is not absent preaching the acts of motorcycle theft. On the other hand, the threat of driving accidents, especially for motorcycle riders is getting higher. In fact, traffic accidents are the main cause of death of children in the world, with the age range of 10- 24 years. The author intends to create a security system and vehicle speed limit using Android as a control, create a system that can read electronic data contained in the E-KTP to turn on a motorcycle. The author intends to create a security system and vehicle speed limit using Android as a control, using the NodeMCU microcontroller as the instruction center and the smartphone as a tool control. The smartphone will read the e-ID card that has been previously registered, after the registration the vehicle is ready to be used by scanning the e-ID card. The speed reading sensor will automatically work according to the order of the NodeMCU microcontroller which has made the speed criteria at every age. The ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 isused as an anti-theft security when the vehicle changes position or place. Kata kunci : criminal, speed, microcontroller, android, E-KTP
