Abstract
Procurement of goods must have a good system to support all activities carried out by the company. The procurement system developed must also have controls that aims to manage incoming goods, used goods, stock items, results of transaction processing, and transaction report. The purpose of this study was to develop a system used at PT. Gapura Angkasa. It is necessary to make a web-based information system so that the transactions can be arranged properly and clearly. PT.Gapura Angkasa has a branch in Yogyakarta in collaboration with PT. Garuda Indonesia and PT. Angkasa Pura I and II which engaged in the business of ground handling services and other business activities that support the flight business at airports. Procurement of goods entering and exiting at PT. Garuda Angkasa was initially still manual, so a web-based information system is needed to facilitate and speed up the service. This system can only be accessed by employees or officers at PT.Gapura Angkasa. This system has features of data collection, item searching, and item grouping. To Make this procurement system, data collection methods used are literature studies and observations with selected topics. To design this procurement system, structural design is used by using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), making Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The making of this system used the PHP programming language, and MySQL as a data storage database. Keywords: Information systems, Procurement, Web, Transactions
