Abstract
Muhammadiyah 1 Mlati Middle School is one of Private Middle Schools in Sleman Regency. It has 5 classes with a total of 455 students, with the following details; class 7 154 students, class 8 148 students, and class 9 153 students. Based on school’s administration, it is noticed that there are still student payment bills with details, School fee, student activities, religious activities, donation, and repeat testing. The school payments are made by the students to school’s financial department and are important to support teaching and learning process in schools. In this case SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Mlati still uses written school payments recording so that it is less effective for making payments quickly, precisely and accurately. Therefore the method needs to be computerized to be able to support optimal performance. The development of a web-based School Payment Administration system is expected to provide convenience in terms of school payment activities. The Development of a web-based school payment administration system uses the PHP programming language (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor), SQLyog as a database server, Sublime as a support. Web-Based School Payment Administration System at Muhammadiyah 1 Mlati Middle School is a system that provides payment administration facilities including student data collection, payment transactions and payment reports that can facilitate officers in accessing payments and storing them.
