Abstract

Analysis process is an activity carried out in the laboratory section at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. Before the analysis begins, students make a loan process in the biochemistry nutrition laboratory. The design of this information system is based on client server that uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. The design process which is used to describe this system model uses context diagrams, level diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), while Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) is used in database design. In order to get accurate information this research uses the following methods: data collection, design process, system implementation and system testing. The design of this system is expected to help and overcome the existing problems. The Information Systems of Activities Administration and the use of Client Server-Based Laboratory Equipment are expected to facilitate students and laboratory staff in carrying out the task of borrowing tools process. The process of data collection tools is better organized to support the process of activities in the laboratory. Keywords: Information Systems, Laboratory Administration Systems, Management Systems
