Abstract

Muhammadiyah Mlati Vocational School is a private vocational high school in Mlati Subdistrict, under the Muhammadiyah Foundation. The process of managing student payment data at SMK Muhammadiyah Mlati includes payment information, arrears or billing reports, payment reports and the process of receiving student payments. In the process of managing student payment data there are several problems that need to be identified, namely the accumulation of files and financial papers which are often lost, the difficulty of collecting separate financial data in several books, limitations for sharing data, and too long time need for making data reports. The purpose of making this web-based student payment information system is to assist administrative officers in managing payment transactions. The making of this application uses the programming language PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor) and SQLyog as a database server and Sublime as a support. The use of student payment information systems at SMK Muhammadiyah Mlati for processing data payments to make it easier and faster, to present accurate, valid information, and to facilitate administrative staff in processing payment data and payment data information facilities for parents of students through website pages has been provided.
