Abstract
Pancasila 3 Paranggupito High School, Wonogiri is one of a private high school under the Pancasila Foundation located in Paranggupito sub-district, precisely on Jalan Paranggupito-Sadeng Beach 0.1 km Paranggupito, Wonogiri. This school provides educational services for the Paranggupito communities and its surrounding, with a 3-year Education period. The learning system used by this school is still limited to teaching and learning activities carried out in the classroom. The material obtained by students is still limited of the one delivered by the teacher in class. The research method used to obtain data is by observing where the writer collects data directly at Pancasila 3 Paranggupito High School, Wonogiri and directly involved with data sources, both data for making systems and data for preparing reports. In addition, another method used is an interview with relevant parties at Pancasila 3 Paranggupito High School. In the data analysis stage, it is carried out in two ways, namely the current system analysis stage and the human resource analysis stage. At the system design stage using ERD (Entity Relational Database) and also DFD (Data Flow Diagrams). At the implementation stage, using the PHP programming language and using the MYSQL database. The results of the research are an e-learning system that can be used as a learning media and communication between students and teachers that can be accessed online so that teaching and learning activities are more effective even if done outside the classroom.
