Abstract

Coffee drinks are in demand by almost people. Along with the high level of community activity, everything is demanded to be instant and efficient. This microcontroller-based coffee maker is designed to address people's needs for coffee with an efficient serving process. Input on this tool is in the form of coffee, sugar and water where these ingredients can be processed into types of drinks that can be selected based on the sweetness level. The automation system of mixing coffee on its sweetness in the basis of a microcontroller is a tool that can make coffee automatically and more efficiently. The devices used to support this system include NodeMcu V2 ESP8266 as a microcontroller, servo as an actuator, relay as a current connector, a water pump to flow, and a digital thermostat to regulate water temperature. The results of the test show that the system can work to make coffee automatically. The test showed that 13 out of 15 respondents stated that the taste is in appropriate with the type of the coffee. While 2 out of 15 respondents rated it is not appropriate with the type of coffee. So that the accuracy rate of 13 out of 15 respondents produced 86%. Keywords: Coffee maker, NodeMcu, Servo.
