Abstract
SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Borobudur is a school where the writer conducts research. At present, the school administration system is still done manually, causing paper buildup, limited data sharing, data inequality and lack of data integrity. Services provided to parents are not optimal due to the possibility of inaccurate data. The difficulty of making the required reports per desired period occurs because the manual system cannot produce quickly and accurately. The system development method that the author uses in making this school administration information system is the system development life cycle or the System Development Life Cycle iteration model (repetitive) with a structured approach, based on the process. The programming language used for making this application is the Pascal programming language, for its database using Microsoft SQL Server 2014. The results achieved are a school administration information system that displays student data, staff data, SPP rate data and reports needed periodically. The school administration information system that has been developed is expected to be able to simplify and speed up the data processing process, including the payment process of SPP and non-SPP payment transactions, up to the making of reports on the relevant data. Keywords: Information Systems, School Administration, Client Server.
